- Remove dust and cobwebs
- Wipe baseboards
- Clean ventilation grilles
- Dust ceiling fan blades
- Vacuum all carpet
- Mop hard flooring; if applicable
- Clean mirrors
- Clean interior of unscreened windows, including sills and vacuum tracks
- Dust blinds
- Wipe down doors and door frames
- Clean switch plates and outlet covers
- Clean all built and shelving
- Empty remaining trash bins
- Take out trash
Bathrooms
- Thoroughly scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers and bathtubs
- Clean all light fixtures
Kitchen
- Wipe down countertops and cabinets faces
- Clean the interior of cabinets and pantry floor
- Clean the exterior of the refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher
- Degrease stove top and wipe exterior of the range hood
- Clean and degrease the interior of the oven, refrigerator and microwave. Only 1 oven and 1 refrigerator is included. Others can be added for an additional fee. Refrigerator must be empty.
